Community Housing
Under our Community Housing Program, we proudly manage 310 homes in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, and Innisfail, where families can find a stable and comfortable living place.
Rental Assistance Benefit
- RAB -
Our Rental Assistance Benefit provides ongoing financial support to make renting easier for individuals and families who live in Red Deer, Sylvan Lake, Innisfail, and Rocky Mountain House.
Temporary Rental Assistance Benefit
- TRAB -
Our Temporary Rental Assistance Benefit is designed to help households that are in need of temporary assistance with their rent. This benefit can provide some relief while you get back on your feet.
Application Process
Including all additional documentation we request is vital. Otherwise, we will not be able to process your application.

This takes us about 3 to 4 weeks. Feel free to call the office to check the status of your application.
Assessment
Waitlist
If you are deemed eligible, you are placed on our waitlist.
Once a spot on the program becomes available, you will be offered housing or a subsidy.
